Ethiozin (ethiozin), molecular formula C9H16N4OS, heterotriazine herbicide, photosynthesis inhibitor. Mainly control gramineous weeds (especially brome) and some broad-leaved weeds in cereal crops (such as wheat) and tomato fields, with a dosage of 55-7kg active ingredient/hm2. Applying before bud and after budding in autumn has excellent control effect on S. sphaeroides; application before tillering can prevent wild oats, chickweed, etc., with a dosage of 75~5kg/hm2.
