L isoleucine is one of nine essential amino acids for humans and is found in dietary proteins. L Isoleucine Benefits:
As one of the branched amino acids, l isoleucine added to the low-diet protein feed has a positive feedback effect on the weight gain and growth performance of finishing pigs, which can not only improve the feed conversion rate, reduce nitrogen and reduce emission, but also benefit the cost efficiency and play a good role in the feeding management of finishing pigs.
The plasma total protein concentration of weaned piglets in l isoleucine group was significantly higher than that in alanine group (P0.05), which was within the normal physiological range. Challenge or not did not affect the total protein concentration, and there were no significant differences in other blood biochemical indexes. In the plasma immunoinflammatory factors, the immunoglobulin level was significantly affected by diet treatment, but not significantly affected by E. coli challenge, and there was no interaction between the two factors. Plasma immunoglobulin A level in leucine isoleucine group was significantly higher than that in alanine group before and after challenge.
After challenge, plasma endotoxin level of piglets in different treatment groups was significantly different: plasma endotoxin level of piglets in non-challenge treatment was significantly lower than that in alanine group (P0.05); In alanine group, E. coli challenge significantly increased plasma endotoxin level (P0.05); In l-isoleucine group, E. coli challenge had no significant effect on plasma endotoxin level. In E. coli challenge treatment, dietary isoleucine significantly reduced the concentration of endotoxin into plasma (P0.05).
