Glutamic acid is a kind of protein feed made by separating, drying, and grinding the waste bacteria and fermentation substrates after extracting glutamic acid from the grain yeast liquor in the production of MSG. The crude protein content is high and it has very broad development prospects. The main nutrient ingredient is the by-product of MSG fermentation to produce glutamic acid. 

MSG protein is different from soybean meal, wheat and other plant proteins, and is more similar to animal protein feed such as fish feed and silkworm pupa. Feed application MSG protein is a green, small biological protein feed that can replace the use of fish feed, soybean meal, and corn gluten feed to reduce feed costs. Glutamic acid can be combined with certain hormones to make citrus sweeteners; it can also be used as a carrier of micro-fertilizers. Under the conditions that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are basically satisfied, the micro-fertilizers sprayed on the leaves have the characteristics of low input and high efficiency. 

Sodium glutamate is not only a protective fungicide for tomatoes, but also a special fungicide for preventing and curing fruit tree rot. Amino acid copper is a good bactericide in production at present, and organic copper has better application effect than inorganic copper.
