Bitter almond extract is a light yellow powder product extracted from the dry mature seeds of the Rosaceae plant Prunusarmeniaca L.var.ansuMaxim., Siberian apricot Prunus sibirica L., Northeast apricot Prunusmands Chemical bookhurica (Maxim.) Koehne or apricot Prunusarmeniaca L., containing bitter Chemical components such as amygdalin, linoleic acid, linalool, and estrone.
